Agnieszka Szajner

Agnieszka Szajner serves as the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at PUNO. She is a scholar with a rich academic background in social sciences, with a particular focus on intercultural education. Her research work focuses on innovative educational methods, including art-based pedagogy. Agnieszka Szajner is actively involved in international research projects such as the Ticass Project and the CAPHE Project and Guardian, which explore the relationships between technology, innovation, creativity, and art in an educational context. Her publications and conference presentations contribute to the development of modern educational concepts at an international level.
Monika Zytke
Doctor of Arts, Professor at the Pomeranian University in Słupsk, conductor, arranger, Deputy Head of the Department of Culture and Music Education at PUNO.
Monika Zytke is a recognized figure in the world of music and music education. She serves as the Deputy Head of the Department, combining her rich artistic and academic experience with daily management duties. As the artistic director of numerous festivals, such as the “FESTIWAL SWEGO NIE ZNACIE” in Słupsk and “GDAŃSK ŚPIEWA,” Monika Zytke introduces innovative approaches to music education, engaging the audience in active participation in concerts and workshops. Her project “OKRUCHY PAMIĘCI” in Gdańsk combines music with history, showcasing heroes who contributed to maintaining Polish identity and independence.
Additionally, Monika Zytke collaborates internationally, including with the HANASAKI JIUTAMAI School in Tokyo, where she organizes concerts combining Japanese JIUTAMAI dance with Polish traditional music and the works of Fryderyk Chopin. Her collaboration with JIYU Gakuen College has resulted in student exchanges and concerts of the Polish-Japanese orchestra, held both in Poland and Japan. Furthermore, Monika Zytke is a certified guide in Gdańsk, Sopot, and Hel, demonstrating her commitment to promoting Polish cultural heritage.
Aneta Witosz
Teacher, researcher, specialist in music education, singer.
Aneta Witosz is a versatile teacher and researcher whose activities encompass both music education and active participation in international music competitions. She has extensive experience as a soloist, winning numerous awards at prestigious vocal competitions. Her pedagogical experience includes teaching music theory and voice emission in music schools. Aneta Witosz is also a partner in the international research consortium HORIZON EUROPE, which deals with artistic participation in hybrid environments. Her research contributes to the development of modern forms of music education, combining artistic practice with theory.
Leszek Kulaszewicz
Jazz musician, educator, member and co-founder of the Department of Culture and Music Education at PUNO.
Leszek Kulaszewicz is a graduate of the Pomeranian University in Słupsk, the Academy of Music in Gdańsk, the Polish University Abroad in London, and the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music. He is the creator of an innovative method of teaching jazz improvisation as an alternative to traditional musical notation and the author of the book “The Art of Your Next Step – The Missing Handbook For New Jazz Musicians.” As a saxophonist and composer, he is active on the London scene as a sideman as well as the author of his own projects such as “Swingująca Warszawianka” (jazz arrangements of old Polish songs), “First Jazz for Babies” (compositions aimed at prenatal children), “Londyńskie Zaduszki Jazzowe” (extension of Polish tradition), “Jazz Dance and Prosecco” (concerts accompanied by other live art disciplines). He founded his own educational platform, PENTAWAY Academy. His research mainly focuses on contemporary jazz education.
